For any questions about your order or the shop, please use the contact page and make sure to include your order number. Please do not contact me on instagram as I often do not get notified there and might not see your message in time!
✦ When will my order be shipped
Orders with in-stock items only are usually packed and shipped within 5 business days. If your order contains preorder items (this will be clearly marked on the product page), shipping will be delayed until all items are available. If you need your order asap, leave a note during checkout, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!
✦ How much is the shipping?
- EU (with tracking): 9€
- EU (no tracking): 6€
- Rest of the world (with tracking): 12,00 €
- Rest of the world (no tracking): 8€
✦ When will I receive my order?
- EU: 2-5 days
- USA & Canada: 1-3 weeks
- Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
✦ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note that customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders to the USA may be subject to tariffs.
✦ Can I change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out as soon as possible via the contact page. Changes can't be made once your order has been shipped.
✦ Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. In that case, please contact me with your order number!
✦ Can I buy your items in person?
